The website Token Store is a preview and currently accepts no payment. No charge should originate from this website at this stage.

Future website purchases

Before checkout opens, the page will show the exact product, Eternity Token amount, monthly 2× eligibility and total when applicable, currency, total price, taxes, delivery account, regional availability, and applicable refund terms. Website purchase problems will be submitted through Support using an opaque order ID—never a full card number.

In-game platform purchases

Purchases completed through Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed and processed by that platform’s billing and refund systems. Website and in-game receipts will remain separate even when they credit the same account-wide Token balance.

Failed delivery and duplicate charges

A verified paid order that is not delivered should be reconciled or refunded after investigation. Duplicate delivery is blocked through an idempotent order ledger. Chargebacks, fraud, partial use, negative balances, and regional cancellation rights require a final written policy before sales begin.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in the final policy will remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. This draft must be adapted to the operator’s legal entity and selling regions.
