Development service

Heaven vs Hell is in active development. Artwork, features, event dates, rewards, balance values, platform availability, and launch plans may change. Waitlist enrollment does not guarantee tester selection, access, compensation, or a release date.

Accounts and acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, automate abusive submissions, interfere with security, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access. Future game and commerce accounts may have additional terms.

Store preview

The Token Store currently accepts no payments. Displayed Token amounts and USD list prices reflect the owner-approved preview catalog, but runtime commerce remains locked until regions, taxes, account linking, verified delivery, and final legal review are complete. The monthly website 2× preview applies once per account to one eligible $4.99–$99.99 pack and resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. The $2.99 pack is excluded and does not use the benefit.

Ownership

The site, game identity, artwork, text, interface, and project materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license to reproduce or commercially exploit them is granted by viewing this site.

Availability and responsibility

The pre-launch site is provided as available and may be changed, suspended, or corrected. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Final limitation-of-liability, dispute, governing-law, company identity, and jurisdiction language requires professional legal review before commercial launch.
